Rapier Employment are seeking a Branch Manager to head up their Wakefield office! The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced recruitment branch manager or billing manager who has ambition and drive to contribute and support with the continued success of our Wakefield branch.

Responsibilities:

As Branch Manager, your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the branch ensuring that all business objectives are achieved. Building out your own team, you will provide effective leadership, you will aim to maximise opportunities and optimise profitability alongside the continued delivery of exceptional customer service. Taking a pro-active approach, you should be aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace to be able to make the most of opportunities to increase profitability, market share and raising brand awareness and profile of Rapier Employment within the area.

About you:

We are looking for a Branch Manager who is ready to step straight in and hit the ground running. We see expanding the team as a priority, so if you like developing teams, mentoring, coaching and seeing people grow, then this is the opportunity for you. Due to the diversity of roles, your recruitment sector is not that important to us, however an Industrial or Driving background is advantageous.
