Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in social housing maintenance? We're seeking a

Branch Manager

to take full responsibility for our North West operations, ensuring excellence across commercial, operational, and planning functions.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of all works within the branch - from planned maintenance to compliance and project management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage teams, build lasting client relationships, and drive business performance while ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing branch team. Take full

P&L responsibility

, ensuring the profitable delivery of contracts. Oversee the operational planning and delivery of maintenance works. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, supporting business growth. Drive business development opportunities and support new contract mobilisations. Produce CVR reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking against targets.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within

social housing or construction maintenance

. Strong background in

commercial, operational, and planning functions

. Proven P&L management experience and ability to deliver commercial success. Excellent communication, organisational, and client management skills. SMSTS certification and CSCS card desirable. Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the North West.
