We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Clinical team, to support the business growth. This is a full time position.
The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
You will be managing your own case load of packages including both paediatric and adult clients with complex clinical needs including (but not limited to):
Tracheostomy
Ventilation
Gastrostomy
NG/NJ
Epilepsy/seizure management
Suction/Prescribed depth suction
Long term health conditions
Moving and handling support
Communication needs
You will be assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training and support to care workers and field nurses, undertaking clinical supervisions using your clinical expertise and guidance; whilst working with our healthcare workers at the point of care which may include home, school, inpatient settings, community, and day centres.

The Full Time Hours are - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Flexible working hours
Potential to work from home up to 2 days per week
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 DOE
25 days per year annual leave, plus bank holidays
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of service users
Creating person centred care plans and arranging/performing ongoing reviews.
Ongoing reviews of risk assessments
Observation of care staff and performing competency assessments
Conducting regular 1:1s to field nurses
Managing all clinical paperwork such as Medication Administration Records (MARs) - reviewing, creating and implementing, and ensuring all information required is on the MAR
General clinical oversight of the branch and service users
Liaising with commissioners, social workers, case managers and other multi-disciplinary professionals relating to the care of our service users
Review, create and implement contingency plans, consent to care and working agreements, parental/guardian and other providers
Review, create and implement the infection, prevention and control risk assessment, and an overarching risk assessment for service users
Implement PEEP forms
Review, create and implement the evidence-based platform, to ensure that CQC requirements for assessments are met
Working bedside to maintain your clinical skills whilst supporting field staff with training needs and developing skills.
Working closely with other branch nurses and the clinical director to continually develop and improve the service
Contribute to clinical governance and undertake regular audits
Facilitate and deliver clinical training to field staff, ensuring competency and compliance with required standards
Skills
Understanding of complex clinical care needs
Strong knowledge of patient care practices and procedures
Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Empathy and compassion towards patients' needs and concerns
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Computer literacy
