We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Branch & Sales Manager to oversee the performance of our Weston On The Green branch by being responsible for its overall financial performance, driving sales performance and managing day-to-day operations. Expectations of the role are to deliver positive outcomes on budget performance, revenue targets, customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Planning, organisation and control of branch operations, expenditure, administration and systems
Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, promoting loyalty and retention
Oversee branch procurement, budgets, forecast planning and profitability
Health & Safety compliance and ultimate responsibility for the security of the branch
Employee management promoting Company vision, standards and culture
Staff learning & development, recruitment, inductions and performance management
Candidate Requirements
Leadership level experience with a sales-based, business development or branch management background
Developed business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
People management experience
Proven experience in financial management, cost control and implementation of effective business strategies
Strong IT ability with a confident approach towards new applications
Knowledge of legal and health & Safety obligations in day-to-day work practices
Full and valid driving licence
