We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Sales Manager to oversee the operations of our branch in the Faversham area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to achieving branch objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all branch sales operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the branch meets its financial goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks. Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to assess progress towards individual and team goals. Collaborate with senior management to align branch objectives with overall company strategy.

Experience

Proven experience in estate agency as senior sales consultant level or above. Experience in valuing Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using relevant software applications for reporting and analysis is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
