We're looking for a
driven and experienced Estate Agent
to take on the role of
Sales Manager
at our Wallington branch. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the branch, grow the business, and make your mark within a respected, award-winning agency.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll:
Generate market appraisals and win instructions
Drive revenue and grow the property register
Lead, motivate, and develop your sales team
Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Maximise branch profit and deliver against financial targets
Maintain high standards of service and presentation
Bring fresh ideas and strategies for continued growth
About You
You'll be:
A confident, motivated leader with proven estate agency experience
A born lister with the ability to close
Target-driven, enthusiastic, and results-focused
Skilled at inspiring and managing a team to perform at their best
A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
A car owner with a full UK driving licence

What We Offer
Competitive basic salary in the region of 28,000-32,000 (including car allowance)
OTE 55k+
Uncapped commission with performance bonuses
