Supervisor

based in

Cambridge

you'll be responsible for:

Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers by managing enquiries promptly and processing sales efficiently. Proactively identifying opportunities to drive branch growth offering excellent customer service. Leading and motivating the team to achieve and exceed branch KPI's

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings on a rota 8am - 12noon when needed.

Sales or customer service experience Plumbing & heating or merchant experience Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Experience supervising or supporting a team would be preferred
