Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team based at our branch in Cambridge, you will play a vital role in managing and developing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction to uphold our company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and high standards. Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of products. Implement company policies and procedures consistently across the branch. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times. Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in retail or building supplies industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of merchandising and stock control - Kerridge system experience preferred. Previous supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
