As a

Branch Supervisor

based in

Nottingham

branch you'll be responsible for:

Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this branch. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers predominately via phone and email Provide advice, information and quotations to maximise sales and margins Supervise staff to ensure they are clear on work priorities Motivate staff to achieve goals

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm.

Previous industry or merchant experience is ideal Experience in a supervisory/people management position Ability and confidence to organise and delegate tasks Excellent customer service interaction skills with the ability to build strong relationships
