What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an event manager or in sponsorship management, ideally in FMCG, beverage, or telecommunications sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Business acumen and understanding of business priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle (mandatory).
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work offsite, travel domestically, and occasionally work long or unusual hours (including weekends).

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of brands, supporting both consumer and channel events.
• Lead the execution of experiential marketing strategies, from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Oversee sponsorship management, including proposal development, negotiation, and ROI analysis.
• Support the Campari Academy, engaging and training the bartending community.
• Coordinate with internal teams (trade marketing, warehouse, procurement) and external agencies.
• Handle all aspects of event logistics, contract management, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure brand visibility and the proper use and care of branding collateral and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
• Prepare and deliver presentations and post-mortem evaluations to senior leadership.
