Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Brand Ambassador who loves connecting with others, sharing ideas, and inspiring positive change. This role is more than just promoting a product -- it's about building genuine relationships, creating memorable experiences, and helping our audience see how our brand can add real value to their lives.

You'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand -- sparking conversations, sharing stories, and representing who we are with authenticity and enthusiasm. We're seeking someone who not only understands sales and marketing, but also values growth, creativity, and making a difference in how people feel and live.

Responsibilities:

Build meaningful, lasting relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. Represent the brand with confidence, competence and warmth at all times. Research new opportunities and trends to help the team grow and evolve. Collaborate closely with the team to bring fresh, exciting campaigns to life. Track and evaluate KPIs, sharing ideas for continuous development and improvement. Analyse customer feedback and share insights to help frame how we present future offerings.

Experience & Skills:

Experience in public relations, marketing, sales, retail, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights. Experience with sales or market research is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential. Background in marketing or sales is helpful but not required.
