Job Description

What you'll be doing

Engaging customers face-to-face in a professional, confident, and approachable manner Understanding customer needs and clearly presenting relevant products or services Driving sales through honest, effective communication and upselling where appropriate Maintaining a polished personal and team image at all times Handling customers with excellent etiquette, even in high-pressure situations Processing transactions accurately and efficiently Working closely with your team to hit targets and continuously improve performance
What we're looking for

Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with a wide range of people A results-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure Good numeracy and attention to detail Strong organisation and time management skills A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to take feedback on board

Pay: 488.40-992.12 per week
