Brand Ambassador

Purity People are looking for pro-active and energetic Brand Ambassadors in Brighton, to join our team, to work on a variety of brand activations for our client, a nicotine pouch brand. The job requires strong communication skills and the ability to identify opportunity and build relationships with qualifying consumers.

We are specifically looking for Brand Ambassadors available immediately in Brighton, working shifts throughout April specifically on Friday & Saturday evenings (8 hour shifts from 4pm - Midnight).

Full paid virtual training will also be provided in advance of your first shift.

Job Overview:

The Brand Ambassador will represent the nicotine pouch brand, creating awareness and sampling to existing adult nicotine users in several different environments, such as bars and train stations.

Key Main Responsibilities:

Actively represent the nicotine pouch brand in various different venues and environments Increase product awareness by educating potential qualifying customers on nicotine pouches as an alternative to smoking Qualifying potential customers as being over 18 and already an existing nicotine user (by asking for ID and carrying out challenge 25 if necessary) Answer questions, provide product knowledge, and demonstrate the product's features and benefits Encourage trial of product to qualifying consumers whilst talking them through the experience Achieving the sample targets set Ensure all approaches, activities and campaigns comply with regulations regarding nicotine products. Maintain the integrity of the brand by representing it in a professional and responsible manner.

Experience

:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer services or as a Brand Ambassador.

Skills

:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing and energetic personality The ability to keep motivated over long hours and to achieve targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Knowledge of nicotine products and industry regulations

Requirements

:

Must be over 25

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events and promotions. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be comfortable representing a brand with strong regulations surrounding its marketing. You must be available immediately and local to Brighton. You must have the Right to Work in the UK.

Compensation:

Competitive rates of pay starting from 15 per hour Paid travel allowances up to a certain amount Opportunity for ongoing work in 2025

Please note we are a PAYE agency and pay one month in arrears.
