Responsibilities

Act as the face of the brand at promotional events, trade shows, and community activities Engage with potential customers, providing information about products and services in a friendly and professional manner Distribute promotional materials and samples to maximise brand awareness Collect feedback from customers to inform marketing strategies Maintain a positive and approachable demeanour while representing the company's values and image Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and initiatives Assist in setting up and dismantling event displays and promotional setups Ensure consistent brand messaging across all interactions

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or event promotion is advantageous but not essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader demographic Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to attend events during evenings and weekends as required A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the brand, and a professional appearance
