The Role

We are seeking two confident and polished Full-Time Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team. In this highly interactive role, you'll act as the first point of contact for guests and prospective clients, both in person and over the phone.

You'll typically speak with 50-60 people a day, and spend up to half of each day on the phone--so strong communication skills and confidence in outbound conversations are essential. You'll also represent the brand during estate visits, wedding enquiries, and promotional events, helping us turn interest into bookings.

What You'll Do

o Represent Quob Park across the hotel, spa, vineyard, winery, and event spaces

o Speak with 50-60 people daily via phone and face-to-face guest engagement

o Deliver estate tours and host visits for weddings, spa days, and special events

o Support lead generation and follow-ups, especially for weddings and group bookings

o Collaborate with the marketing team on social content and promotional activities

o Be visible at events, shows, and private appointments as a confident brand ambassador

What We're Looking For

o Natural communicator with a calm, professional, and engaging manner

o Comfortable on the phone and in-person with luxury clientele

o Sales-minded with a passion for premium hospitality and countryside living

o Flexibility to work rotating weeks (Mon-Fri / Wed-Sun) and hospitality hours (typically 11am-8pm weekdays, 9am-6pm weekends)

o Previous hospitality, wedding, or guest experience roles are highly desirable

o Wine knowledge (WSET Level 1/2) or interest in English wine is a plus
