Bright Tutors Kilburn is seeking a confident and approachable Brand Ambassador to represent our centre within the local community. You will be positioned in key areas near the centre, engaging with parents and students, raising awareness of our services, and encouraging interest in our programmes.
Responsibilities:
Act as the face of Bright Tutors within the neighbourhood
Approach and interact with families in high-footfall areas
Share key information about our tutoring services in a friendly and professional manner
Direct interested parents or students to the centre for more details
Maintain a positive and engaging presence at all times
Help increase visibility and community awareness of our brand
Requirements:
Confident, warm, and comfortable initiating conversations
Strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and presentable
Enjoy interacting with the public
Previous customer-facing or promotional experience is helpful but not required
