Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.

Gather feedback from customers to help us improve our offerings and refine our marketing efforts.

Support promotional events and initiatives to increase our visibility in the community.

Work closely with our marketing team to develop new strategies that resonate with our target audiences.

Stay informed about industry trends and keep an eye on what competitors are doing.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both speaking and listening, to connect effectively with a diverse range of people.

Prior experience in customer service is a plus, with a knack for building rapport and trust.

Bilingual abilities are a bonus, helping us reach a wider audience.

A good understanding of market trends and an eye for spotting new opportunities to grow our brand.

A proactive mindset -- someone who takes initiative and can work well independently or as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and stay on top of responsibilities.
