Duties

Actively engage with customers to promote brand awareness and loyalty. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
