Duties

Actively engage with guests to promote brand awareness and product knowledge. Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to potential customers. Attend events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the brand. Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities. Utilise social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and connect with the audience.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
