Responsibilities

Actively promote and represent the brand at various events and locations. Engage with customers to provide information about products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends and gather customer feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns effectively. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and brand messaging. Utilise social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the audience.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can engage with a broader customer base. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive attitude and a passion for representing the brand positively.
