Brand Ambassador
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at events and various promotional locations. In this role, you will interact with customers, promote our products and services, and help create positive brand awareness. This position is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
Responsibilities
Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and retail locations
Engage with potential customers and provide information about products and services
Hand out samples, promotional materials, and merchandise
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team
Maintain a professional appearance and follow brand guidelines
Assist with setting up and packing down event displays
Work with team members to achieve campaign goals
Use social media platforms to promote events when appropriate
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in marketing, sales, or promotions is a plus but not required
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident when speaking with the public
Ability to adapt to different environments and situations
