As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, building relationships with customers, and enhancing brand awareness. Responsibilities

Act as the face of the brand at various events, promotions, and retail locations. Engage with customers to provide information about products and services, fostering a positive brand experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty. Collect feedback from customers to relay insights to the marketing team for product improvement. Collaborate with team members to execute marketing strategies effectively. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities to inform promotional strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are an advantage, enabling better communication with a wider range of customers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for marketing and brand representation, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-23.06 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
