Orion UK is a Premium International Lager originally from Okinawa, Japan, and now with a footprint across the world. In the UK, Orion has been launched for over a year, but as part of a new Joint Venture with Sunrise Alliance Beverages, Orion is looking to roll-out a new era of growth and brand investment. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Brand Ambassador to take our brand to the next level.
The Role:
As Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability. You will develop and execute commercially focused strategies, working closely with sales, product development, brand managers and events coordinators to maximise the brand's market potential and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability.
Balance a commercial roll-out that has a dual focus of the Ethnic Channel, as well as a broader consumer funnel.
Identify and execute innovative growth opportunities, leveraging data and consumer insights to drive sales performance.
Coordinate with trade marketing and brand manager initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and maximising return on investment (ROI).
Drive commercial partnerships and collaborations to expand brand presence and market share.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities and areas for differentiation.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure innovation aligns with consumer demand and commercial viability.
Develop sales and distribution strategies in collaboration with internal teams to optimise retail visibility and on/off-trade sales.
Monitor and analyse key commercial performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise revenue streams.
Efficiently manage budgets, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, aligning commercial strategy with broader business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the FMCG, alcohol, or beer industry.
Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Deep understanding of the UK drinks market, including consumer behaviour, retail channels, and competitive landscape.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial opportunities.
Experience in executing high-impact commercial strategies across multiple channels.
Excellent commercial acumen, with a results-driven approach to brand growth.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects with agility.
