Brand Ambassador

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles. Strong knowledge or interest in skincare and beauty products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse customers and build trust quickly. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Comfortable with product demonstrations and using digital/interactive tools. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and attend in-store events. Basic reporting skills (e.g., submitting weekly sales or customer feedback reports). Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide tailored guidance on product selection and skincare advice. Demonstrate products by showing how they work, explaining benefits, and highlighting key features. Engage with customers to understand their needs and build strong, trust-based relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and proactively look for opportunities to exceed them. Maintain brand standards by ensuring displays are well-stocked, clean, and in line with guidelines. Ensure in-store visual merchandising follows the brand planogram. Continuously develop product knowledge to act as an expert for customers. Deliver brand and product training to peers when required. Submit weekly reports capturing customer feedback and identifying missed opportunities. Attend and support brand events when needed. Promote a customer-first culture with both shoppers and colleagues. All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
