Job Introduction
Reports to: Area Manager (iTeam)
Location: Field based role within a territory. Travel required to London, Watford or Central location periodically for client and internal meetings.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Full Time Salary: 27,840 per annum
Objectives
Maintain and develop a territory across multiple retailer environments and product types, with a primary focus on premium technology and media brands, while supporting wider tactical jobs within SIG.
Deliver key KPIs set by clients, aligning with targets for planogram compliance, technology updates, and merchandising standards.
Take ownership of individual performance and work toward development plans in agreement with the Area Manager.
Conduct the agreed number of visits per day as planned, adapting as needed in line with business requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage your workloads according to commitments agreed upon with your line manager.
Build positive relationships with key store contacts to support brands and influence store performance between visits.
Effectively communicate with people to clearly define visit objectives and review outcomes based on completed work.
Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
Use defined methods to replenish stores stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure all Point of Purchase items are effectively displayed to maximise brand awareness and increase sales.
Store and manage work-related stock and equipment at home, replenishing periodically.
Work toward client-set KPIs to enhance personal and team performance goals.
Attend team meetings and field accompaniments as required by the Area Manager.
React to short term activities and deliver results positively and pro-actively.
Territory:
Manage a pre-planned quarterly call file with set calls and flexible, changing borders dependent on client requirements.
Additional visits will be added as required in accordance with working hours and reasonable travel distances.
Work independently, managing your workload with Area Manager oversight.
Be available for occasional overnight business travel as required.
Reporting:
Provide real-time reporting across multiple CRM tools as specified by the client, along with regular electronic and hard copy reports as defined by the Area Manager.
Additional reporting may be needed, with full training provided.
Reporting and data capture accuracy is essential.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines in all activities, promoting a safety-aware culture within the team.

Previous merchandising experience would be beneficial.
Experience with basic networking.
Key Performance Indicators - Team KPIs will be shared and reviewed monthly.
Role Key Competencies - Competencies based on the role level will be shared by the AM as part of the on-boarding process, to be reviewed and scored on a quarterly basis.
