Overview - Job Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our direct sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our sales team, engaging with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Duties

Assist customers with their inquiries through a face to face campaign and provide exceptional service. Promote products and services through a residential campaign. Participate in upskilling sessions to develop skills and knowledge related to products and sales techniques. Work closely with your mentor and your team to achieve sales targets as well as working independently.

Experience

No experience required - full training and mentoring provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in sales and a desire to contribute positively to team goals.
