Responsibilities

Engage with customers to promote our brand and products effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions clearly to potential customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility. Attend events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the brand. Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectively. A knack for marketing concepts to assist in promoting products creatively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.75-15.10 per hour
