Responsibilities

Act as the face of the brand by engaging with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner Distribute promotional materials and samples at events, retail locations, or public spaces Educate consumers about our products or services, highlighting key features and benefits Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve marketing strategies Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's values, products, and campaigns Assist in setting up and packing down promotional displays or event setups Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and presentation across all activities

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating friendliness, patience, and professionalism Previous experience in marketing or promotional roles is advantageous but not essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage with a broader demographic Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently during multiple events or shifts Confident, outgoing personality with a proactive attitude towards engaging potential customers
