Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service whilst carrying out door to door marketing. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, enhancing brand awareness, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Duties

Actively promote and represent the brand at events, trade shows, and in-store demonstrations. Engage with customers to provide product information, answer queries, and enhance their shopping experience. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Collect feedback from customers to relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Bilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events or promotions. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
