The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent our gin in John Lewis stores nationwide. As the face of the brand, you'll bring our story to life, offer tastings, and inspire customers to take our products home.
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by sharing our brand story.
Conduct tasting sessions in John Lewis Food halls and retail areas.
Confidently explain our product range, sustainability values, and flavour profile.
Actively promote and sell our gin products.
Maintain professional and attractive displays.
Provide feedback on customer interactions and sales performance.
What We're Looking For
Outgoing, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
Confidence engaging with customers and driving sales.
Passion for premium spirits, retail, and customer service.
Ability to work independently, reliably, and professionally.
Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
Previous retail, sales, or promotional experience is an advantage, but not essential - enthusiasm matters most!
