to life, championing its rollout across the organisation. Collaborating across teams to ensure a joined-up, human-centred experience for residents, colleagues and stakeholders across our touchpoints. Coaching and supporting colleagues to write with clarity, confidence and care. Creating practical resources - toolkits, templates and guides - to help teams communicate well.

You'll live our values:

Be kind

- you're thoughtful and empathetic in every interaction.

Do the right thing

- you act with integrity and always put residents first.

Love new ideas

- you're curious and always looking for ways to improve.

Celebrate diversity

- you value different perspectives and help create belonging.

Keep our promises

- you do what you say you will.

Pull together

- you collaborate and seek diverse views, even in challenging situations.

Application requirement:

Please

attach a piece of your published work

with your application and

tell us about the brief behind it

.

Key relationships:

You'll report into the

Head of Marketing

and work closely with the

Senior Digital Manager

,

Senior

Marketing Manager

and

Senior Brand Manager

.
