About the Opportunity



Do you have a passion for design, storytelling, and shaping how brands connect with audiences?
We're looking for a

Brand and Creative Direction Apprentice

to join our marketing team and help develop bold, memorable brand identities and campaigns that drive engagement across multiple channels.

You'll gain hands-on experience planning, producing, and managing creative marketing activity -- while working towards your

Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification.



What You'll Learn and Do



As part of your day-to-day role, you'll:

Support the creation of brand guidelines, visual assets, and campaign materials Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling Help plan and schedule brand activity across social media, email, and web channels Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communications Research audience trends and competitor activity to inform creative strategy Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver brand-aligned campaigns

Training and Support



You'll be enrolled on the

Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

, delivered by

The Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN)

-- combining real workplace experience with structured professional training.

You'll benefit from:

12-15 months of guided learning from marketing and creative industry experts Mentorship and feedback on live brand and campaign projects Ongoing portfolio development and employability support

Who We're Looking For



No formal marketing experience is required -- just creativity, curiosity, and the drive to learn.

Ideal candidates will:

Have an interest in branding, design, and creative communication Enjoy developing ideas that shape how people see and feel about a brand Be confident using or keen to learn tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Have good organisational skills and an eye for visual detail Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to build a career in marketing or brand development
