You will

  • Become the BBM for our No1 Professional Hair Colour brand in the UKI.
  • Defining the rules of the market by driving a B2B and B2C strategy to grow both the professional category and the brand.
  • You will be a \xe2\x80\x9cDrive\xe2\x80\x9d partner for the global brand team for products launches and services.
  • Lead the team in delivering best in class activations with Advocacy, Commercial and Education teams.
  • Partner with the Head of Comms on a B2B & B2C Advocacy strategy and plan with Pros and Influencers
  • Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts.
  • Lead local adaptation of advertising materials; influence media and promotion recommendations.
  • Oversee and guide brand development, manage portfolio priorities.
  • Listen to, develop a deep understanding of local consumers, and generate new insights.
  • Monitor local trends and feedback findings to Zones / DMIs. Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack for success in the local market. Ownership and responsibility for supervising the entire process.
  • Accurate forecasting & exceptional customer service, through data analysis & collaboration with demand & supply teams.
  • Mobilise other departments to support the colour strategy and plans.
  • Recruit, develop and manage a team. Act as a mentor to team members - develop and coach.
  • Understand key business drivers per channel mix and implement strategy accordingly.
  • The ability to work alongside different departments and stakeholders to meet 360 needs of brand and create high impact - a natural collaborator.
  • Be a team player that integrates with new team members and creates a positive and efficient work environment with team spirit and mutual respect.
You have
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal skills) along with the ability to influence and build relationships across an organization.
  • Highly organized with prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly. Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work at pace in a Sales environment and cope with ambiguity.
  • The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of creating, strategizing and organising educational events and color marketing content
  • Experience of creating innovative advocacy marketing strategies to drive sell out and generate new business leads
