We're looking for a strategic and creative
Brand & Campaign Lead
to own the development and execution of brand and campaign activity across the firm. This senior role will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-impact brand activations, B2B and practice area campaigns, organic social media and creative outputs for the firm.
You'll manage a team of specialists - including a Brand, Campaign, Social Media, Graphic Design, Videography - and you'll work closely with the Communications team, Digital Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to ensure all activity is aligned, integrated, and executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Ownership
Create, lead and own the development and execution of brand and campaign activity across B2B channels, practice areas, and social media.
Oversee campaign planning, briefing, delivery, and performance tracking across the marketing function.
Deliver brand activation for digital and client onboarding activation
Ensure all activity reflects the firm's brand identity, values, and strategic objectives.
Oversee campaign planning, briefing, delivery, and performance tracking.
Team Leadership
Manage a team of seven, providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with a focus on creativity, accountability, and results.
Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on and supportive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Communications team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across earned and owned channels.
Partner with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and optimised across platforms.
Liaise with the Head of Marketing to align plans with broader marketing strategy and business goals.
Liaise with Heads of practice and BD as required to ensure plans are aligned, delivered, understood and reported on.
Creative & Strategic Direction
Own the execution of the brand, ensuring all creative output meets brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
Provide creative leadership across brand and campaign activity, ensuring ideas are bold, relevant, and commercially sound.
Champion innovation in campaign formats, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Planning & Coordination
Own the campaign calendar and ensure visibility of upcoming activity across the team and wider business.
Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication of plans, timelines, and outcomes.
Performance & Reporting
Oversee campaign reporting and performance analysis, using insights to inform future planning.
Ensure KPIs are defined, tracked, and communicated effectively across the team and to senior stakeholders.
