The Role



The Brand & Communications Executive supports the Marketing team by executing day-to-day brand, content and communications activity across Billboard Media. This is an execution-focused role designed to cover the responsibilities of a Marketing Executive while providing additional support across campaigns, content and communications. You will work closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality output across channels, ensuring activity remains consistent, commercial and on brand. This role is suited to a strong junior or mid-level executive who thrives on delivery, organisation and supporting a fast-paced marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:



Content & Communications Execution



Support delivery of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, website and email. Create and publish social posts, blogs, basic case studies and campaign updates. Ensure content aligns with existing brand tone, messaging and visual identity. Support execution of campaigns launches and promotional activity.

Content Coordination & Scheduling



Manage content scheduling across social and email platforms. Maintain and update content calendars in line with marketing priorities. Coordinate content requirements with design, videography and sales teams. Ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered to a high standard

On-Camera & Content Support



Comfortable appearing in content such as social clips, behind-the-scenes, campaign walk-throughs and informal videos. Support on-site content activity by assisting with logistics, preparation and coordination. Capture simple phone-first content when required (behind-the-scenes, installs, location shots)

Marketing Operations & Ad Hoc Support



Cover the day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing Executive role. Provide general marketing support across projects, campaigns and internal requests. Support sales-aligned marketing activity including case studies, testimonials and campaign summaries. Assist with reporting, basic analytics and content performance tracking where required

What are we looking for?



1-3 years' experience in a marketing, content or communications role

Strong writing and communication skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines

Confident and professional, including being comfortable on camera

A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic

Ability to follow existing strategy, tone of voice and brand guidelines

Experience working with social scheduling tools, CMS and email platforms

Basic understanding of content performance and engagement metrics

Experience supporting campaigns or sales-focused marketing activity

Interest in OOH, media, advertising or location-based marketing

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 17:30pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break.

Location:

Shoreditch, London.

Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
