The team you will be a part of

The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.

This role in summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Brand Copy &; PR Analyst (Analyst level) to help us drive our brand and product visibility by optimising our presence through all communication touchpoints. You will produce engaging copy adapted for multiple channels, brands and audiences.

As the Brand Copy &; PR Analyst, you\'ll collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders during all stages of marketing activity and campaigns. Your excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills will help our marketing channels maintain a consistent brand tone.

This role will report to the Brand Lead and support the broader brand &; digital team to drive the best-in-class consumer experience.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Own the branded copy decks, ensuring copy is consistent with our brand tone
  • Day-to-day management of our busy PR strategy, supported by an external agency
  • Assist in influencer marketing relations and management
  • Be the internal lead for the planning and execution of press and media events
  • Maximise product &; brand endorsement opportunities through media titles such as Which?, Good Housekeeping and Trusted Reviews.
  • Use consumer insights to craft copy for our branded channels, including social media, websites, internal teams, press office and trade partner communications
  • Be a product expert, knowing and understanding our products and technology throughout the portfolio
  • Be a brand guardian for each of our brands\xe2\x80\x99 tone of voice and key messaging
  • Helping the product and brand managers with the launch of new products across our core brands, including value propositions, go-to-market planning, content localisation and localising trade materials
  • Working closely with our digital marketing team to ensure consistency on owned digital platforms
  • Audit routinely both brand and customer platforms to ensure compliance with brand messaging
  • Create competitive analysis reports quarterly
  • Ensuring brand uniformity and consistency across all consumer platforms.
Preferred skills and experiences
  • 2 years experience in a copywriting, PR or marketing role
  • Degree/qualified, ideally in marketing, journalism or English (desired but essential)
  • An absolute passion for creative copywriting and consistency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven writing, proofreading and copy-editing experience
  • Highly organised and methodical, with exceptional attention to detail, quality and consistency
  • Ability to manage projects and agencies, organise and prioritise multiple workflows
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with teams in the UK and our headquarters in Milan
