About Imagine Care
Imagine Care is one of Scotland's leading independent residential childcare providers. We create nurturing, stable homes where young people can truly thrive -- and we're proud of the people and culture that make that possible.
As we continue to grow across Scotland and England, we're looking for a Brand & Culture Manager to help shape how Imagine Care is experienced and understood -- both internally and externally.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, creative, and people-focused who wants to build a department and a career in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.
The Role
You'll lead the development of Imagine Care's brand, communications, and culture strategy -- from digital marketing and stakeholder engagement to internal events and staff recognition.
We're looking for someone who's hands-on, strategic, and comfortable bringing ideas to life -- whether that's launching a new campaign, crafting key messages, managing a media story, or creating something memorable for our team.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
Develop and deliver marketing plans that strengthen Imagine Care's brand identity and reach.
Manage digital channels, website, and SEO performance.
Create engaging content and campaigns that reflect our work, values, and people.
Communications & PR
Lead on internal and external communications.
Manage press and crisis communications confidently and calmly.
Support leadership announcements, stories, and thought-leadership pieces.
Culture & Engagement
Plan and deliver team-building events, recognition programmes, and wellbeing initiatives.
Manage staff rewards and benefits with creativity and care.
Capture and share stories that celebrate success and strengthen our culture.
Experience
We're looking for someone who brings:
4+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within a purpose-led, people-focused, or service-based organisation.
Proven ability to develop and deliver campaigns, both digital and offline.
Experience in SEO, social media management, and basic analytics.
Exposure to press or crisis communications is a strong advantage.
A track record of collaborating across teams and building positive culture.
Bonus: experience in the care, education, or social impact sectors, or in a fast-growing SME.

Shape a new department and make your mark as we expand nationally and grow your renumeration and career in line with this.
Work directly with the Managing Director and leadership team on strategic projects.
