Brand Digital Executive (12-month fixed-term contract);

About the role
VetPartners is one of Europe's leading veterinary groups, supporting more than 450 local practices with a shared purpose: to care for our people, clients, and animals.
Historically focused on a B2B audience, the VetPartners brand is evolving to also engage directly with pet owners -- creating emotional connection, awareness, and preference that ultimately supports the client experience. As a Brand Digital Exec, you will be in charge of bringing VetPartners brand to life; on digital assets for our 200 UK practices. You will strengthen VetPartners' position as the trusted parent and endorser brand to our network of local practices, helping practices attract and retain both clients and talented veterinary professionals. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Brand team, the UK Marketing team, and Operations, to ensure brand consistency, engagement, and impact across digital channels.
What you will be doing
Rolling out VetPartners branding and key messages across UK practice websites and digital channels.
Building, updating and improving websites within our WordPress Multisite platform.
Applying UX, accessibility and conversion best practice to create clear, user-friendly journeys.
Working with practices and Operations teams to gather and validate content and information.
Ensuring brand consistency while respecting the local identity of each practice.
Using SEO principles, analytics and insight to inform improvements and prioritisation.
Managing multiple website updates and projects, keeping work on track and well communicated.
What we are looking for
Essential;
Experience in a digital or web role, with hands-on website delivery.
Confident using WordPress or a similar leading CMS (multisite experience is a plus).
Practical knowledge of UX, SEO and website best practice.
Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have;
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or MS Project.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders or locations.
Success Measures
Strengthened brand awareness, equity, and preference among both B2B and B2C audiences.
Consistent and high-quality brand execution across local digital channels.
Positive brand perception among clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
