As the Authentic Beauty Concept Brand Experience and Education Expert you will elevate Authentic Beauty Concept's presence and performance in salon by combining product education, retail training, and immersive brand experiences. This role ensures salons and stylists embrace brand values and convert clients through impactful education and experiential events.

What youll do
Deliver product education (primarily online) using international training content & structure adapted for local needs.
Conduct retail education sessions (hybrid format) to build stylist confidence in selling ABC products.
Organize and execute Authentic Days (minimum 4 per month) in salons to create memorable consumer experiences and drive conversion.
Collaborate closely with Marketing to align events and education with brand campaigns, influencer activations, and promotional activities.
Plan and execute the Brand Guardian program utilizing international training content and working closely with the UK ABC Educators and Advocates as required
Represent and embody the brand values (mindful care, sustainability, vegan formulas) in all interactions.
Provide feedback from salons and events to Marketing and Sales teams for continuous improvement.
Work with Sales Force to maximize sell through
Adopt and execute international online content. Create education content on salon retailing; test, learn, iterate
