Job Description

Who we're looking for:

A commercially aware Growth Manager with a proven ability to lead promotional strategies with brands, ideally within the Gift Cards industry

The challenge:

You'll work directly with our Chief Brand Partnerships Officer to establish and run a successful promotional strategy to drive revenue within existing accounts

Where you'll work:

This role will be based in our London office 2 days a week, with monthly visits to our Hove HQ

Day to day this role will be responsible for

Sales & Promotional Strategies:

Lead promotional strategies, create marketing calendars, and explore new channels within existing partnerships.

Client Insights & Forecasting:

Provide market insights, manage buyer/partner restrictions, and support forecasting efforts to drive client success.

Trade & Revenue Management:

Track, report, and manage Tillo trade numbers, providing weekly sales commentary to inform the team about trends and proposed actions.

Brand Advocacy:

Represent Tillo at Buyer QBRs, MBRs, events, and internal strategy sessions, advocating for the brand's interests.

Client Portfolio Support:

Assist the Account Management team in maintaining the profitability of our existing clients and understanding their impact on revenue.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-tier reporting and promotional strategies.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong industry relationships, ensuring Tillo's reputation is upheld at all times.

What we're looking for

Experience and presence within the Gift Cards industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Account Management abilities

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently present both virtually and face to face - able to build strong working relationships
Commercial accumen
