We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand Identity & Heritage Manager who is looking for the opportunity to strengthen PDSA's brand while bringing our rich heritage to life. In this role, you will ensure our brand identity and tone of voice are applied consistently across all communications, while using our history to inspire, engage and connect with supporters, customers and colleagues.

As Brand Identity & Heritage Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing, maintaining and championing PDSA's brand identity to ensure consistent application across all channels, platforms and touchpoints
Preserving and promoting PDSA's heritage and archive assets, integrating them into campaigns, events and initiatives to enhance storytelling and engagement
Leading the creation and production of high-quality branded materials that reflect PDSA's values and purpose
Managing content and digital asset management platforms to ensure all assets align with brand standards and propositions
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand alignment across all communications
Managing and delivering PDSA's globally renowned animal awards programme, working with senior representatives to deliver an exceptional experience and drive awareness
Providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on brand standards and heritage messaging
Collaborating across Marketing, Communications and Fundraising to incorporate heritage into supporter and donor campaigns
Essential skills and experience
Strong experience in brand visual identity management
Experience using digital asset management systems
Knowledge of heritage preservation and its role in stakeholder engagement
The ability to deliver high-quality branded materials with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
A creative, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
Experience working in the charity or non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
Please note occasional travel will be required to our Head Office in Telford.
