Brand Integrated Business Planning (ibp) Director Travel Retail (based London)

Job Description

Manage integration of newly acquired brands into planning processes. Collaborate with Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Brand teams to develop forecasts for new products and promotional events. Guide the team in preparing for and leading regional IBP meetings, bringing together senior stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align on key business priorities. Ensure the timely identification and resolution of risks and opportunities within the IBP process. Collaborate with regional commercial and brand leaders to refine forecasts, ensuring cross-functional alignment across commercial, supply chain, and financial goals. Build strong relationships across brands, functions, and regions. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Deliver key reports, including TR SIOP materials for senior leadership. Ensure regional compliance with global systems and standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across demand planning and IBP functions. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and regularly review performance, providing feedback and coaching. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience in demand planning, E2E Planning, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong understanding of demand planning and IBP processes, best practices, and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, o9 etc.) and data analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
