The role




The successful candidate will support the delivery of Global Brand Integrations within ITV Studios' Brand Licensing division by proactively driving new briefs from brands and acting as a key business contact for branded content and entertainment partnerships.


This role will focus on creatively connecting our world-class IP with the media and audience objectives of brands and their agencies, to deliver compelling, integrated executions.


The Brand Integrations Manager will work across traditional broadcast, digital, retail, experiential and virtual opportunities, with a strong focus on building and maintaining agency and brand relationships (locally and globally). The role is fast-paced, dynamic and creative - perfect for a self-starter with boundless energy, exceptional people skills, and a deep love for TV.




Main responsibilities






BRAND & AGENCY ENGAGEMENT



Proactively generate and respond to brand and agency briefs, translating objectives into innovative, on-brief integration concepts.
Build and maintain a strong network of brand and agency contacts, ideally with global reach

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT



Develop fresh, imaginative ways to integrate licensed brands into ITV Studios IP ensuring relevance and impact across broadcast, digital, retail, experiential and virtual channels.
Inspire internal teams including all of our production labels, digital and experience teams, as well as external partners with creative concepts that maximise value, reach, relevance and commercial opportunity.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT



Support both the VP Brand Integrations - Broadcast and Tape and VP Brand Integrations - Digital and Experiences in the end-to-end delivery of integrations from ideation and pitch through to execution and handover to relevant teams. Coordinate with production, creative services, commercial and broader licensing teams to ensure seamless client experience.



MARKET & INDUSTRY INSIGHT



Keep up to date with media, advertising, and brand integration trends to identify opportunities and inspire partners. Monitor competitor activity and global best practice in brand partnerships.



COLLABORATION



Work closely with ITV Networks Media & Entertainment team, Format Sales, and Brand Licensing teams to align on strategy and maximise partnership potential. Liaise with international colleagues to adapt and roll out branded integrations to multiple markets.



Skills you'll need

(minimum criteria)




Proven experience in brand partnerships or marketing, or advertising - agency background strongly preferred. Experience in licensing is a bonus Strong understanding of the media and agency landscape, including how brands activate across multiple channels. Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking with the ability to inspire stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills Solid project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Established network of relevant industry contacts
