WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?

Known as "The Abnormal Beauty Company", DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science first approach to innovation. DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner.



We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an

Brand Intern

that will report to the Brand Manager and the Associate Partnership Marketing Manager, the Brand intern will support all

Brand operations

and

activations

in the

UK region

with the opportunity to grow within a dynamic Brand and grow their skillset in a variety of brand functions.


This is a

4-month internship

starting on

January 5th, 2025

and ending on

April 24th, 2026

.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the brand team. e.g. setting up new vendors, raising POs Own the organisation and management of brand files and keeping them up to date Support on campaign reporting and assist in creation and design of presentations Contribute to creative ideation for concepts, campaigns and activations and help Manage Project Statuses and Updates. Resizing assets for retail partners - Banners, PDP assets, SIS Screen content Assist with video editing, resizing and creation of UGC Content and creating event collateral Contribute to drafting and refining written material for Product / Brand collateral Assist in the execution of new launches, and in-store activations in collaboration with retail partners (e.g., Boots, Sephora, Selfridges). Distribution of samples and eventing collateral to retailers, production companies as required Provide on-site operational support during events.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Confident communicator with great organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally Basic skills in graphic design and video editing Basic experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
