Role Overview:
We are seeking a hungry, curious, and ambitious Brand Manager to lead Cialis Together in the UK. This role is perfect for an experienced, digitally savvy Brand Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for brand building. You will oversee the end-to-end management of Cialis Together, driving performance, market share growth, and brand equity. Reporting to the Zone Brand Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Cialis Together continues to outpace the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute bold brand activation plans and key initiatives locally.
Brand Performance Ownership: Manage brand health, market share, forecasting, and inventory planning.
Campaign Management: Create and launch integrated campaigns that are bold, culturally relevant, and digitally forward, focusing on social media platforms to drive conversion.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, shopper, media, medical, regulatory, and supply chain, to deliver fast execution of brand plans.
Consumer Insight: Leverage market research and consumer insights to shape brand and activation plans.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Innovation: Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proactive Mindset: Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and ability to execute with speed.
Creative Thinking: Possess a results-driven mindset and a passion for winning.
Leadership: Take full leadership of projects with the ability to move them forward with agility and speed.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating across diverse teams.
Experience: Proven experience in brand management, preferably within OTC, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.
Commercial Awareness: Experience managing a brand A&P.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Knowledge of the UK healthcare market is an advantage.
