Brand Manager, Bakery Industry (Flexible Location)

Location:

Based in Milton Keynes, Bagshot or Bedford, with

1 day per week in Bagshot

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm)

Salary:

50,000 - 55,000 + Benefits

We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded

Brand Manager

to join our Marketing team and help grow two of our most iconic brands,

Americana

and

Schulstad Bakery Solutions

in the out-of-home and foodservice sectors.


This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and lead campaigns that rise above the rest.

What you'll be baking up:

Crafting and executing brand plans that deliver real value and volume growth. Cooking up insight-led marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales. Managing key agency relationships (creative, digital, PR, research). Leading PR and digital activity to boost our brand presence and voice in the industry. Supporting international markets and owning relationships with a major UK retailer. Collaborating with sales to whip up customer-specific activations. Managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.

Skills & Requirements

What we knead from you:

A solid background in marketing, ideally in the

UK food industry

. A flair for digital marketing, PR, and creative campaign building. Strong project management and communication skills. A good eye for design and a passion for food and branding. Experience in B2B marketing and foodservice channels is a cherry on top.
