As Brand Manager, reporting to the Managing Director with one direct report, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy and brand execution across the Simon Brien business - both owned and franchised offices - with responsibility for:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Devise and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across all business divisions.
Plan, execute and report on campaigns ROI across digital, social and traditional channels.
Influence senior stakeholders and present confidently to multiple audiences.
Lead the marketing on-boarding and rebrand of new franchise offices.
Track all marketing KPIs, web traffic, lead generation and paid media effectiveness to measure success. Report on key learnings to management team and New Homes clients.
Reconcile, review and reforecast the marketing budget on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Digital & Social Media
Own the content and advertising strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Oversee paid social ad placements and performance analytics.
Lead content curation and planning for organic channels.
Champion SEO, website content and UX optimisation.
Brand & Communications
Own and enforce brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
Lead on all internal and external communications, including CSR initiatives, recruitment advertising and internal monthly newsletters.
Organise and lead regular marketing training sessions for internal teams and franchisees.
Ensure best-in-class client-facing marketing materials (pitch decks, brochures etc).
Lead regular brand check-ins with branch offices to ensure consistency.
PR & Partnerships
Lead marketing relationships with external suppliers and media partners.
Act as the lead marketing liaison with Sherry FitzGerald -- sharing ideas, attending and presenting at conferences, and aligning campaigns.
Develop and distribute regular market updates and reports, in conjunction with the company's central research function.
