As a
Brand Manager
for Travis Perkins Hire and Benchmarx Kitchens, you'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll bring energy, creativity, and data-driven thinking to every campaign.
You'll be the marketing lead for TP Hire, shaping how we speak to and serve our customers across all channels.
Location: You would be expected to travel to our Head Office once or twice a week based in Duston, Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and lead the execution of marketing plans for TP Hire.
Align Hire and Benchmarx marketing strategies with the broader Travis Perkins customer journey.
Be the marketing point-of-contact for key business stakeholders.
Manage campaigns across multiple channels - including digital, CRM, local media, and above-the-line.
Ensure an effective and seamless digital customer experience.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for on-brand, timely execution.
Advocate for the customer in all interactions, ensuring we meet their needs and expectations.
Build and maintain relationships across the organisation, influencing at all levels.
With your strong communication, project management skills, and channel experience, you'll deliver brand-building campaigns that make a real impact. You'll juggle priorities across teams and help ensure marketing drives value across the business.
Along with the above, you'll also have:
Preferably a degree in Marketing or Business.
Previous experience in a marketing role.
Familiarity with media buying, channel mix planning, and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience across digital, CRM, social, and above-the-line campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Clear and confident communication across teams and leadership levels.
Passion for customers and the ability to turn insights into action.
