Your Tasks

Strategy Development and Execution



Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director NOE to define and execute brand marketing strategies for specific product categories within the UK. Ensure alignment with regional and global brand strategies. Tailor plans to local consumer insights and needs.

Annual Marketing Planning



Create and execute a detailed annual marketing plan, covering ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), digital, media, influencer and PR activities. Aim for agreed market share, profit, and brand equity targets.

Marketing Communications



Work with third-party agencies to adapt marketing communications (especially ATL and BTL) for local markets. Align with global and regional strategic intent.

Brand Performance and Development



Continuously monitor and report on brand performance and competitor performance. Intervene as needed to improve results and achieve brand objectives. Lead cross-functional Brand Performance Teams.

Pricing and Portfolio Management



Manage the product portfolio across the NIVEA Men brand while considering local market conditions. Work collaboratively with commercial functions to align consumer price strategies

Budget Management



Manage the marketing budget within agreed parameters to protect GM (Gross Margin).




Agency and Partner Relationships



Cultivate relationships with Liverpool Football Club, Real Madrid and select third-party agencies. Deliver effective and cost-efficient marketing campaigns.

International Collaboration



Collaborate with senior global teams to influence strategy and communication development. Provide input into global and regional brand strategy, concepts, and pipeline. Overall, your role involves a mix of strategic planning, execution, performance monitoring, and collaboration across various functions.
