What you'll do
As
Brand Manager
, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing Volta Group's global brand strategy. You'll shape how we're seen by clients, prospects, and talent -- driving awareness, engagement, and growth.
Your key responsibilities:
Own and evolve Volta Group's brand strategy, tone of voice, and positioning
Develop and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Drive brand consistency and quality across digital, print, events, and partnerships
Lead content-driven initiatives -- from thought leadership to PR and digital storytelling
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to deliver assets that support every stage of the client journey
Identify opportunities for brand expansion through partnerships, events, and co-branded activations
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key brand metrics
What we're looking for
5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, or sustainability sectors
Experience leading both customer acquisition and employer branding initiatives
Strong background in digital strategy, content marketing, and analytics
Skilled storyteller able to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives
Confident collaborator, experienced working cross-functionally and across markets
Strategic thinker with a creative spark and commercial mindset
International campaign experience is a plus
